Inadvertently, in paragraph 2 of the afore-noted judgment, some dates have incorrectly been mentioned. The judgment impugned in the appeal was dated “16.05.2025”, but in that place, it has been mentioned as “16.05.2026”. Let the afore-noted date of impugned judgment be read as “16.05.2025”. There is a mistake pointed out in the nomenclature of the Rules of 1992. The Assam Survey and Settlement Training Centre Rules are of the year 1992, however, inadvertently, the same has been mentioned as the Assam Survey and Settlement Training Centre Rules of the year 1991. Let the same mentioned in paragraph 2 of the afore-noted judgment be read as “Assam Survey and Settlement Training Centre Rules, 1992”. Such correction be also carried out at other places in the body Page No.# 3/3 of the judgment dated 08.06.2026. With the afore-noted correction/modification in the judgment dated 08.06.2026 passed by this Court in WA No.209/2025, this interlocutory Application stands disposed off.
