Learned counsel for the petitioners submits that so far as the petitioner no.1 is concerned, he has already got appointment in some other service, whereas the petitioner no.2 has lost interest in getting appointment in question. Under the said circumstance, the petitioners may be permitted to withdraw the present contempt case. 3. Mr. Abhilash Kumar, learned AC to GP-II has no objection to the aforesaid prayer. 4. Having heard the learned counsel for the parties and for the reasons stated in the present interlocutory application, the petitioners are permitted to withdraw the present contempt case. 5. I.A.
