Nag, learned counsel for the petitioner. Also heard Mr. M.P. Goswami, learned Additional Public Prosecutor for the State. 2. The petitioner, namely, Rabiya Begam, has filed this application under Section 528 of the BNSS, 2023, with prayer to stay the operation of the order dated 08.04.2026, passed in G.R Case No.2025/2024 arising out of Patharkandi P.S Case No.350/2024 under Section 80 of BNS, 2023. 3. The petitioner, Rabiya Begam has been shown as absconder and the petitioner is willing to appear before the Court and cooperate with the trial. 4. The learned Additional Public Prosecutor has accepted notice on behalf of the respondent State. 5. I have heard the submissions made at the Bar with circumspection. 6. After considering the submissions at the Bar, the petitioner is directed to appear before the Jurisdictional Court/Elaka Magistrate on or before 24.07.2026 and cooperate with the trial. 7. The petitioner may also apply for bail application, if so advised and the bail petition may be considered by the learned Jurisdictional Court/Elaka Page No.# 3/3 Magistrate in accordance with law. 8.
