Learned counsel for the petitioner on instructions of his client submits that he may be kindly permitted to withdraw the present writ petition with liberty to file a rent eviction petition in case of any subsequent cause of action and that the learned Court below shall not be influenced by this order. 2. Learned counsel for the respondent has no objection if the writ petition is dismissed as withdrawn. However, he opposes the liberty as prayed for by the learned counsel for the petitioner. 3.
