2.When the matter came up for hearing, the learned Additional Public Prosecutor submitted that pursuant to the order of this Court in Crl.O.P(MD).No. 22194 of 2024, police protection was duly afforded. However, this contempt petition is filed on the guise that the police had damaged the petitioner's thatched shed in the said property. 3.A carefuly perusal of the photos submitted by the learned counsel for the petitioner itself would reveal that none of the policeman was seen in the said photograph. Therefore, since there is no evidence showing the police has damaged the petitioner's thatched shed and violating the order of this Court, contempt will not lie. Accordingly, this Contempt Petition is dismissed. 11.02.2026 NCC : Yes/ No Index : Yes / No Rmk 2/3 https://www.mhc.tn.gov.in/judis
