On due consideration, and for the reasons assigned therein, which are duly supported by an affidavit, we are satisfied that sufficient 2 cause has been shown for restoration of FA(MAT) No. 303 of 2024. 5. Accordingly, this MCC is allowed and disposed of. The Registry is directed to restore FA(MAT) No. 303 of 2024 to its original number. 6.
