1. Petitioner has filed this writ petition seeking following reliefs.
“10.1 That, this Hon’ble Court may kindly be pleased to direct the respondent No. 2 to consider and decide the representation/ appeal dated 23.01.2026 (Annexure P-1) filed by the petitioner expeditiously in a time bound manner, in accordance with law. Learned counsel for petitioner submits that against the order of transfer of posting of petitioner under rationalization policy, petitioner has submitted representation/ appeal before Respondent No.2 ./ Director of Public Instruction, who is Chairman of the State Level Committee, which is pending consideration and therefore direction be issued to Respondent No. 2 to consider and take decision on the representation at the earliest within specified time.
3. Learned State counsel pleads that she is having no objection to the limited prayer made by learned counsel for petitioner.

On due consideration of nature of grievance raised, submission made by learned counsel for respective parties, this writ petition at this stage is dispose off, directing Respondent No. 2/ Directorate of Public Instruction to consider and take decision on the representation submitted by petitioner dated 23.01.2026, in accordance with law, expeditiously, preferably within a further period of 02 months from the date of receipt of copy of order passed by this Court.
