Hence, the petitioner made a representation dated 08.10.2025 in this regard to the official respondents and the same has not been considered. Hence, this writ petition. 3. The learned counsel for the respondents would submit that the petitioner's representation dated 08.10.2025 will be disposed of by the 2nd respondent within a time frame to be fixed by this Court. 4. Recording the above submissions and without expressing any opinion on the claim made by the petitioner, the Writ Petition is disposed of directing the 2nd respondent to consider the petitioner's representation dated 08.10.2025 and pass appropriate orders in accordance with law within a period of six weeks from the date of receipt of a copy of this order.
