Mr. Piyush Garg, learned counsel appearing for the respondents submits that Civil Revision No. 198 of 2023 was decided on 15.11.2025. He thus submits that the writ petition has now become infructuous. 5. Since the civil revision, in which an interlocutory order was passed itself has been decided, therefore, the claim in the writ petition, do not survive. 6. Accordingly, the writ petition is dismissed, as infructuous.
