The learned counsel for the petitioner submitted that this Court had already granted anticipatory bail to the petitioner dated 29.01.2026 with certain conditions. He further submitted that the petitioner has no property and hence, he seeks modify the condition No.5(b) in Crl.OP(MD).No.23795 of 2025. 3. Considering the submission made by the learned counsel for the petitioner, this Court is modify the condition No.5(b) in the order dated 29.01.2026 shall be replaced as follows:- ''(b)The petitioner is hereby directed to deposit a sum of Rs. 1,00,000 (Rupees One Lakh only) to the credit of Crime No. 29 of 2025 before the learned Judicial Magistrate No. II, Dindigul, at the time of furnishing sureties. Additionally, the petitioner is directed to deposit a further sum of Rs. 3,00,000 (Rupees Three Lakhs only) to the credit of Crime No. 29 of 2025 in six equal installments, payable on the 5th day of each English calendar month for a period of six months. Upon receipt of the entire amount, the learned Judicial Magistrate No. II, Dindigul, shall place the amount in an interest- bearing Fixed Deposit with a nationalized bank for an initial period of one year, with periodic renewals 1/3 https://www.mhc.tn.gov.in/judis Crl.OP(MD).No.23795 of 2025 until the final order or judgment is passed in the case related to Crime No. 29 of 2025.
