This petition for pre-arrest bail, is the first petition filed by the petitioner under Section 482 of ‘the Bharatiya Nagarik Suraksha Sanhita, 2023’. It has been filed with regard to a case arising out of FIR No.28 dated 19.01.2026, for the commission of offence punishable under Section(s) 115, 190, 191(3) and 351(2) [Sections 117(2), 118(1) and 118(2) added later on] of ‘the Bharatiya Nyaya Sanhita, 2023’ Police Station Shahabad, District Kurukshetra, Haryana. 2. Vide order dated 13.03.2026, the petitioner was admitted to interim anticipatory bail, subject to the condition of furnishing bonds to the satisfaction of arresting officer. The learned counsel for the petitioner has contended that in view of above, the order dated 13.03.2026 should be made absolute. 6. The learned State counsel, on instructions from ‘SI Avilash Kumar’, has submitted that the petitioner has joined investigation, and that for further investigation of this case his custodial interrogation is not required. 7. Keeping in view the aforesaid submissions and the fact that the petitioner has already join the investigation, the order dated 13.03.2026, granting interim anticipatory bail to him, is hereby made absolute. The present petition stands allowed, accordingly.
