1. Learned State counsel has submitted that the notice has been served to the father of the victim on 11/04/2026. Despite of notice being served, the complainant is not present either in person or through counsel or through virtual mode from DLSA.

Learned counsel for the applicant submits that during pendency of the present anticipatory bail application, applicant has already been arrested, therefore, the present bail application has become infructuous.
