Taking note of the said specific averments being made by the respondents, nothing further survives in the matter for adjudication and the present writ petition is disposed of while taking note of the assurance given by the respondents on record that the payment due towards the petitioner would be made within a period of six months. 3. Considering the fact that the said period is the maximum time limit, in case, the financial sanctions permit, the payment be made at the earliest but not later than 30.09.2026. 4.
