Learned High Court Government Pleader takes notice for all the respondents. 2. The grievance of the petitioner is that the 2nd respondent-Tahsildar, Gowribidanuru Taluk has not considered the representations given by the petitioner to enter his name in the revenue records in terms of the compromise decree passed in O.S.No.227/2009 on the file of learned Principal Civil Judge & JMFC., Gowribidanuru, and that the 3rd respondent-Assistant Director of Land Records, Gowribidanaur Taluk has not issued 11E sketch. 3. However, learned High Court Government Pleader submits that the decree drawn by the competent civil

court partitioning the properties in terms of the compromise decree has not been registered in the office of the jurisdictional Sub-Registrar. 4. Consequently, the writ petition stands disposed of with a specific direction to the petitioner to get the compromise decree registered in the office of the jurisdictional Sub-Registrar.
However, the 3rd respondent- Assistant Director of Land Records, Gowribidanuru Taluk, is also directed to issued 11E sketch to the petitioner in terms of the division of the properties as per the compromise decree. The entire exercise shall be completed as expeditiously as possible and at any rate within a period of six weeks from the date of receipt of a copy of this order. 5.
