However, a perusal of the affidavit filed in support of the writ petition clearly indicates that the subject land belongs to the Railway Department. Therefore, we are of the view that no mandamus can be issued to the Railway Department to remove the shrubs and tress grown on their property. 3. Accordingly, this writ petition is dismissed.
