It is submitted on behalf of the Petitioners that the Opposite Parties are proceeding for eviction of the petitioners from their residential houses situating over plot No.642 under Khata No.362 and Plot No.643 under Khata No.367, both under Mouza – Rengalipada, Bargarh, in respect of Ac.0.001 dec. of each plot, without granting any opportunity of hearing. 3. Accordingly, the writ petition is disposed of at the stage of admission with a direction to the Tahasildar, Attabira (O.P. No.2) to grant due opportunity of hearing to the petitioners and take decision, in accordance with law, before proceeding for their eviction in respect of such plots mentioned above, within a period of two months from the date of receipt of certified copy of this order along with a copy of the writ petition. 4. Till such decision is taken by opposite party no.2, no eviction shall be effected in respect of afore-stated plots.
