1. The instant appeal is directed against the judgment dated 27.06.2023 passed by the learned Principal Judge, Family Court, Latehar in Original Matrimonial Case No.39 of 2022. 2. Learned counsel for the parties (father-in-law and daughter-in-law) has submitted that the dispute has been settled outside the Court in terms of the conditions as available in the interlocutory application being I.A. No. 9089 of 2025. 3. Learned counsel for both the parties have submitted that the present appeal may be disposed of in terms of the agreement arrived at in between the parties as available in the supplementary affidavit dated
09.05.2025. 4. We have perused the terms and conditions as agreed in between the parties as has been brought on record by way of supplementary affidavit dated 09.05.2025. 5. Mr. P.K. Mukhopadhyay, learned counsel for the respondent has submitted that the agreement has been arrived at in between the parties by way of final settlement on making payment of Rs.10 lakhs. Rs.2 lakhs, as agreed in between the parties, had already been paid and subsequent thereto, the remaining amount of Rs.8 lakhs has also

been paid, photocopy of the cheque pertaining to Rs.8 lakhs has also been placed before this Court. Therefore, submission has been made that the present appeal may be disposed of in terms of the compromise. 6. This Court, considering the submissions advanced on behalf of the parties, is of the view that the present appeal is to be disposed of. 7. Accordingly, the present appeal is disposed of in terms of the agreement arrived at in between the parties. 8. Pending interlocutory application(s), if any, also stands disposed of. 9.
