Learned advocate appearing for the petitioners submits that subject matter of the case relates to recovery of 2.057 kgs of brown sugar. Charge-sheet has already been submitted and witness action has commenced very recently. As such the petitioners may be released on bail. 2. Learned advocate for the State opposes the prayer for bail. 3. Having regard to the quantum of seizure in the present case and the complicity of the present petitioners, I am of the opinion that rigors of Section 37 is attracted. As such, I am not inclined to release the petitioners on bail. 4. Accordingly, CRM (NDPS) 650 of 2026 is rejected. 5. All parties shall act on the server copy of this order duly downloaded from the official website of this Court. 2 6.
