considering and disposing of the petitioners representation dated 19-02-2026 seeking cancellation of the alleged fake and illegally obtained D- Form Pattas in respect of the Government Tank (Cheruvu Poramboke) situated in Survey No. 10 of Narayanapuram Revenue Village Nandigam Mandal, Srikakulam District, as illegal, arbitrary and violative of Articles 14, 21 and 300-A of the Constitution of India consequently direct the respondents to consider and dispose of the petitioners representation by conducting a fair, impartial and comprehensive enquiry, after issuing notice to all affected parties, verifying the original revenue records, assignment records and connected documents, examining the genuineness and legality of the D-Form Pattas, and, if found to be fake, fabricated or illegally obtained, to cancel the same in accordance with law and protect the Government tank from encroachment, within such time as may be stipulated by this Honble Court and to pass IA NO: 1 OF 2026 Petition under Section 151 CPC praying that in the circumstances stated in the affidavit filed in support of the petition, the High Court may be pleased pleased to direct the respondents No 1 to 5 to forthwith consider and dispose of the petitioner's representation dated 19-02-2026, by conducting a fair and impartial enquiry into the allegations regarding the fake and illegally obtained D-Form Pattas in respect of the Government Tank (Cheruvu Poramboke)
