Aggrieved by the proceedings bearing No.P3/48/AEO(ARJ)/TML/2011 dated 19.02.2011 issued by the Executive Officer, Tirumala Tirupati Devasthanam, cancelling the bulk booking of Abhishekam Seva tickets, the present writ petition has been filed. 2. The case of the petitioner, in brief, is that he had purchased tickets in advance for Abhishekam Seva for the dates 25.02.2011, 14.10.2011 and
19.04.2019. 3. In view of the lapse of considerable time, this Court is of the opinion that no cause survives for adjudication in the present writ petition. As such, the writ petition has become infructuous. 4. Accordingly, the Writ Petition is dismissed as infructuous. There shall be no order as to costs. As a sequel, miscellaneous applications, pending if any, shall also stand closed.
