The Petitioner has approached this Court for grant of regular bail in connection with Katras P.S.Case No. 384/2025, registered for the offence under Section 69 of Bharatiya Nyaya Sanhita, 2023. 3. Learned counsel for the petitioner submits that the petitioner has falsely been implicated in this case. He further submits that if the allegation as alleged in the F.I.R is taken to be true; then, also the informant was a consenting party as they were in love affair. He further submits that the charge-sheet has been submitted on 30.11.2025 and the petitioner is languishing in custody since 12.11.2025; as such, the petitioner may be enlarged on bail. He lastly submits that the petitioner is ready to abide by every condition as imposed by this Court. 4. Learned A.P.P and learned counsel for the informant oppose the prayer for bail of the Petitioner. 5. Having regard to the allegation made against this petitioner, coupled with the fact that the accused had never used deceitful or forceful means to enter into sexual relationship as they were in love affair and also the fact that the petitioner is languishing in custody since 12.11.2025; I am inclined to enlarge the Petitioner on bail. Accordingly, the above-named Petitioner is directed to be 2026:JHHC:7079 2 enlarged on bail on furnishing bail bond of Rs. 20,000/- (Rupees Twenty Thousand Only) with two sureties of the like amount each to the satisfaction of Sub Divisional Judicial Magistrate, Dhanbad, in connection with Katras P.S.Case No. 384/2025. 6. It is made clear that the Petitioner shall appear on each and every date before the learned trial court and he shall not threaten any witness and shall co-operate in trial and if any adverse report will come against this Petitioner, learned trial court shall be at liberty to cancel the bail of this Petitioner.
