Sinha, the learned counsel appearing on behalf of the petitioner. Ms. M.D. Bora, the learned Standing Counsel appears on behalf of the Cooperation Department of the Government of Assam. 2. The petitioner herein has filed the instant writ petition alleging that pursuant to the directions passed by this Court vide the order dated 20.02.2023 in WP(C) No. 5088/2022, the petitioner has received the amounts as directed by this Court except an amount of Rs. 64,371/- which has not been paid by the respondents. 3. This Court enquired with the learned counsel appearing on behalf of the petitioner, as to whether, the respondents were duly intimated that an amount of Rs. 64,371/- is still outstanding. 4. The learned counsel appearing on behalf of the petitioner submitted that the petitioner would be well advised to file a representation before the concerned Respondent Authorities bringing to their attention that out of the total amount, a further amount of Rs. 64,371/- is still pending. Page No.# 3/3 5. Taking into account the above, this Court is not inclined to entertain the instant writ petition at this stage, for which, the same stands dismissed. 6. Liberty given to the petitioner to submit a representation before the concerned Respondent Authorities, more particularly, the respondent No. 2 claiming the further amount of Rs. 64,371/- along with the interest payable to the petitioner. 7. In the circumstance, such representation is filed, the Respondent Authorities, more particularly, the respondent No. 2 shall duly consider the same and do the needful. 8. Liberty is further given to the petitioner to approach this Court, if the petitioner is aggrieved by the non-consideration of the representation after a reasonable period of time.
