The learned counsel for the petitioner submits that the issue with regard to recognition of qualification of Bachelor of Physical Education has already been examined by the Division Bench of this Court vide judgment dated 27.11.2025 passed in D.B. Special Appeal (Writ) No.152/2023 (Bimala KumariVs. The State of Rajasthan & Ors.). 2. Learned counsel for the petitioner also submits that in view of above, the petitioner would be satisfied, in case, liberty is granted to him to submit a representation before the Competent Authority, in the light of aforesaid judgment, which was decided by the Competent Authority by a speaking and reasoned order. Mr. Devansh Sharma, learned Deputy Government Counsel, appears and accepts notices on behalf of the respondents and does not oppose the aforesaid limited prayer made by the learned counsel for the petitioner. 4. In view of the consensus arrived at between the learned counsel for the parties, this Court deems it just and proper to dispose of the present writ petition by granting liberty to the petitioner to submit a fresh representation before the Competent Authority, which shall be considered and decided by a speaking and reasoned order strictly in accordance with law within a period of 60 days’ from the date of receipt of representation along with a certified copy of this order. 5. Accordingly, the writ petition stands disposed of. 6. It is made clear that this Court has not expressed any opinion on merits of this case. 7.
