The learned counsel for the petitioner submitted that the petitioner has been complying with the condition imposed by this court regularly and now he met with an accident and was hospitalized and therefore, the petitioner is not in a position to comply with the condition. Hence he prays for relaxation of the said condition. 3. The learned Government Advocate (Crl.Side) submitted that the petitioner has complied with the condition for seven days. 4.
