The petitioners are apprehending his arrest in connection with Pithoria P.S. Case No. 113 of 2025, registered for the offence under Sections 126(2)/ 115(2)/ 109/ 117(2)/ 76/ 324(4)/ 352/ 351(2) and 3(5) of the BNS, pending in the Court of the learned Judicial Magistrate, Ranchi. 3. Learned counsel appearing for the petitioners submit that the informant is the elder brother of the petitioner No. 1. It is submitted that the incident took place with regard to cutting of trees which was in the possession of petitioner No. 1. It is next submitted that there is a case and counter-case between the parties and both the sides have received injuries. It is also submitted that the petitioner No. 3 was not present at the place of occurrence as she is pursuing her studies despite of that she has been made an accused. 4. Learned counsel appearing for the State opposed the prayer and submits that the allegations are there of assault. 5. Considering that the informant is the elder brother of the petitioner No. 1 and the occurrence took place regarding cutting of trees which is in the possession of petitioner No. 1 and there is a case and counter-case 2026:JHHC:1703 2 between the parties and both the sides have received injuries, I am inclined to extend the privilege of anticipatory bail to the petitioners. 6. Accordingly, the above-named petitioners are directed to surrender before the learned Court within three weeks from today and in the event of their arrest or surrender, they shall be enlarged on bail on furnishing bail bond of Rs.25,000/- (Twenty Five Thousand) with two sureties of the like amount each to the satisfaction of learned Judicial Magistrate, Ranchi in connection Pithoria P.S. Case No. 113 of 2025, subject to the conditions as laid down under Section 482(2) of the Bharatiya Nagarik Suraksha Sanhita, 2023. (Sanjay Kumar Dwivedi, J.) Dated: 22nd January, 2026 Vedanti/-
