This is an application filed by the petitioner with the following prayer: “Under the facts and circumstances narrated above, this Hon'ble Court may be pleased to issue appropriate writ /writ(s) calling upon the Opposite Parties as to why the Mutation Proceeding vide Mutation Case No.895 of 2018 and more particularly the order dated 08.08.2023 and 18.09.2023 passed in the aforesaid Case under Annexure-11 and the consequential RoR issued in favour of the private Opposite Parties under Annexure-12 shall not be quashed and set-aside and if the Opposite Parties fail to show cause or show insufficient cause, then make the same Rule absolute by quashing/terminating the Mutation Case No.895 of 2018 in its entirety, in the interest of justice; And may further be pleased to pass any other order(s)/Writ(s) as this Court may deem fit and proper in the interest of justice; And for this act of kindness the Petitioner shall as in duty bound ever pray.”. 3. It is stated at the Bar that in the meantime, the mutation appeal has been disposed of by the Sub-Collector, Puri. 4.
