pleased tomay be pleased to issue a Writ, Order or Direction more particularly one in the nature of Writ of Mandamus declaring the inaction of the Respondents despite making representations dated 15-12-2025 for setting aside the G.O.Ms.No.3, dated 08-01-2024 whereby the Respondent No.5 herein was appointed as Khazi for Kodumur Mandal, Kurnool District vide, without verification of the fake resolutions and certificates submitted by Respondent No.5, by playing fraud, is as illegal, arbitrary, contrary to law and vilation of Article 19 and 21 of Constitution of India and consequently direct the respondents1 to 4 to take appropriate action on the representation of the Petitioner dated 15- 12-2025 to set aside,the G.O.Ms.No.3, dated 08-01-2024 and to pass such IA NO: 1 OF 2026 Petition under Section 151 CPC praying that in the circumstances stated in the affidavit filed in support of the petition, the High Court may be pleased may be pleased to direct the Respondents to forthwith conduct enquiry and submit action taken report on the representation of the petitioner dated 15-12- 2025 pending disposal of the above writ petition and to pass such Counsel for the Petitioner:

The Court made the following Order: The petitioner is aggrieved by the action of the impugned order dated 08.01.2024 issued by the 1st respondent, notifying the appointment of the 5th respondent as Government Khazi for Kodumur Mandal, Kurnool District, in addition to existing Khazis, who were initially appointed for a period of ten years for performing marriages of the Muslim community. 2. It is the specific case of the petitioner that the 5th respondent had submitted fabricated documents by referring to the registration number of Masjid-E-Umar Farook as 02.05.2022. It is submitted that, upon verification, the said registration number was found to have been allotted to Venugopalaswami Development Society on 09.12.2022. A copy of Certificate of registration is also filed along with the repetition. 3. It is further submitted that the 5th respondent had joined a Madarsa on 11.02.2014 and completed the entire course on the same day, thereby making himself eligible for appointment as Khazi. In this regard, the petitioner submitted a representation dated 15.12.2025 to the respondent authorities, seeking their indulgence in conducting an enquiry and taking appropriate action. 4.
Learned counsel appearing for the 5th respondent, appearing virtually, submits that the writ petition may be disposed of by directing the respondent authorities to consider and dispose of the representation of the

petitioner in accordance with law. The learned Standing Counsel appearing for 3rd respondent also has no objection to disposing of the writ petition.
5. Recording the submissions, the Writ Petition is disposed of directing respondents 2 to 4 to consider the representation submitted by the petitioner, conduct an enquiry through a competent officer, and take appropriate steps in accordance with law.
6. Needless to mention, the appropriate enquiry shall be completed within a period of twelve (12) weeks from the date of receipt of a copy of this
order.
7. Accordingly the Writ Petition is disposed of. There shall be no
order as to costs. As a sequel, pending miscellaneous petitions, if any, shall stand closed.
