The present anticipatory bail application has been filed as the applicants are apprehending that some complaint may be filed against them and they may be arrested in respect of that complaint. 4. Learned counsel for the applicants submits that without there being any FIR lodged by the complainant, applicants were asked to report to the Police Station and were interrogated for almost seven hours. 5. At this stage, learned counsel for the applicants seeks permission to withdraw the present anticipatory bail application, with liberty to file appropriate writ petition. 6. Permission is granted. 7.
