The petitioners are apprehending their arrest in connection with Rajrappa P.S. Case No.140 of 2024, registered for the offence under Sections 331(4) and 305 of the BNS, pending in the Court of the learned S.D.J.M., Ramgarh. 3. Learned counsel appearing for the petitioners submits that the names of the petitioners have come on the confessional statement. He further submits that nothing incriminating article has been recovered from the possession of the petitioners. He next submits that after filing of the present case, another case has also been lodged against the petitioners. 4. Learned counsel appearing for the State opposed the prayer and submits that the names of the petitioners have come on the confessional statement. 5. Considering that the names of the petitioners have come on the confessional statement and nothing incriminating article has been recovered from the possession of the petitioners and in the attending facts and ( 2026:JHHC:1890 ) -2- A.B.A. No. 354 of 2026 circumstances of the case, I am inclined to extend the privilege of anticipatory bail to the petitioners. 6. Accordingly, the above-named petitioners are directed to surrender before the learned Court within three weeks from today and in the event of their arrest or surrender, they shall be enlarged on bail on furnishing bail bond of Rs.25,000/- (Twenty Five Thousand) each with two sureties of the like amount each to the satisfaction of learned S.D.J.M., Ramgarh in connection with Rajrappa P.S.
