The learned counsel for the second respondent submitted that the petitioner has been implicated in Crime No.614 of 2024 on the file of S.S. Colony Police Station, Madurai District, which has calumniated by filling of charge sheet on 26.11.2024, before the Juvenile Justice Board, Madurai. She further submitted that the petitioner has also been implicated in another criminal case in Crime No.838 of 2025 on the file of S.S.
