This writ petition was filed in April, 2023, seeking the following reliefs:- (i) Issue a writ, order or direction in the nature of mandamus directing respondent No. 2 to enroll the three students admitted by the petitioner college and to permit them with their practical and semester examination in the Course of BAMS in respect of academic Session 2021-22. Although, the said students have not been admitted through the counseling conducted by respondent No. 2 but all the three students are NEET qualified and were admitted prior to 25 May, 2022. 5. Learned State Counsel is right in submitting that the writ petition has become infructuous by efflux of time. 6. Accordingly, the writ petition is dismissed, as infructuous.
