By filing this writ petition, the petitioner has prayed for following reliefs:- i) For direction upon the respondents for payment of death-cum-retiral benefits of the petitioner such as pension, gratuity, leave encashment (300 days) and GPF amount from September 2018 to May, 2023 which was deducted by the Incharge Medical Officer, CHC, Hanterganj but not deposited in GPF account of the petitioner, petitioner was retired on 31.05.2023 from the post of ANM from Community Health Centre, Hanterganj with 10% interest thereupon. ii)For direction upon the respondents to furnish the GPF deduction of the petitioner from the year 2011 to till date of retirement of the petitioner i.e. 31.05.2023. 3. Learned counsel for the petitioner submits that suffice it would be if a direction is given to the respondents to dispose of the representation of the petitioner. 4. Learned counsel appearing on behalf of the State submits that if the petitioner files a fresh representation before respondent No.4, her case will be considered and an appropriate order will be passed. 5. Considering the said submission, I direct the petitioner to file a fresh representation before respondent No.4- The Civil surgeon-cum- Chief Medical Officer, Chatra within a period of four weeks, who will consider the claim of the petitioner within six weeks thereafter and if it is necessary to place the case before any committee or any authority, the same should be place during the said period. 6. If the petitioner is entitled for any relief, the same will be granted within four weeks thereafter. If any part of the claim of the petitioner is rejected, the reasons thereof should be communicated to the petitioner within the aforesaid period. 7.
