The present writ petition has been filed for following relief:- “For issuance of an appropriate writ/writs, direction/directions, order/orders particularly a writ in the nature of mandamus commanding/directing upon the respondents to make an appointment as Special Public Prosecutor, duly recommended on 18.12.2021 and 25.7.2023 but the matter is still pending for no fault and the reason best known to them.” 2. A fresh notification has been issued which has been produced before this Court. 3. Office is directed to keep the same on record. 4. Since, there is fresh notification and as such no cause of action survives on the basis of the old notification. 5. In view of the above, learned counsel for the petitioner seeks permission to withdraw the present writ petition with a liberty to work out his remedy in accordance with law. 6.
