A perusal of the appointment order would go on to show that the appointments were made on 09.06.2011 1 Whether reporters of Local Papers may be allowed to see the judgment? 2 (Annexure P-9) regarding filling up of vacancies of Patwaries (Mohal) on contractual basis in District Kangra. 3. Counsel for the petitioner submits that he has instructions not to press the present Public Interest Litigation (PIL) with liberty to challenge the aforesaid appointments in accordance with the law, keeping in view the fact that in service matters Public Interest Litigation (PIL) would not lie. 4. Accordingly, the present Public Interest Litigation (PIL) is dismissed as withdrawn with liberty as aforesaid. Pending miscellaneous application(s), if any, also stands disposed of accordingly. (G.S.
