The grounds for delay in preferring the connected appeal is stated in Paragraph No. 8 of the application. 4. On perusal of the grounds cited in the application, more particularly Paragraph No. 8, this Court is satisfied that the applicant has been able to show sufficient case for not preferring the connected appeal within the stipulated time period. 5. Ms. L. Hage, learned Addl. PP has no objection in condoning the delay in preferring the connected appeal. 6. In view of the above, the delay of 118 days in preferring the connected appeal is hereby condoned. 7. This Interlocutory Application stands allowed and disposed of. 8.
