JUSTICE BUDI HABUNG ORDER 20.07.2026 Heard Mr. A. Gamre, learned counsel for the accused applicant and Ms. T. Jini, learned Addl. PP for the State. 2. By an order dated 19.06.2026 while calling for the scanned copy of the Case Diary, the accused applicant was granted interim anticipatory bail with a direction to appear before the I.O. of the case within 7 (seven) Page No.# 2/3 days from the date of the order and in the event of his arrest in connection with ITA P.S. Case No. 129/2026, he shall be released on interim anticipatory bail on execution of a bail bond of Rs.50,000/- (Rupees Fifty Thousand only) with certain terms and conditions. 3. It is submitted that in compliance of the aforesaid terms and conditions, the accused applicant had appeared before the I.O. of the case, who was formally arrested and subsequently released on interim anticipatory bail on execution of a bail bond of Rs.50,000/- (Rupees Fifty Thousand only) with one surety of the like amount to the satisfaction of the arresting authority. 4. Ms. Jini, learned Addl. PP, on record, submits that the accused applicant after obtaining interim anticipatory bail had appeared before the I.O. of the case and got his statement recorded. Ms. Jini, learned Addl. PP has also fairly submitted that the accused applicant is cooperating with the investigation of the case, therefore, his further custodial interrogation may not be warranted for the purpose of investigation. 5. In view of the above submissions and on perusal of the record and considering that the accused applicant is cooperating with the investigation of the case and that the investigation of the case is almost on the verge of completion, it appears that the further custodial interrogation/ remand is no longer required. Accordingly, the petition is allowed. 6. Consequently, the interim anticipatory bail granted to the accused applicant on 19.06.2026 is hereby made absolute subject to the following Page No.# 3/3 conditions:- (i) that the accused/applicant shall cooperate with the Investigating Officer/police officer and shall appear before the Investigating Officer within seven (7) days from today and thereafter as and when required; (ii) that the accused/applicant shall not, directly or indirectly, make any inducement, threat, or promise to any person acquainted with the facts of the case; (iii) that the accused/applicant shall not hamper the investigation or tamper with the evidence or witnesses of the case; and (iv) that the accused/applicant shall not leave the State of Arunachal Pradesh without prior intimation to the I.O. of the case till completion of the investigation. 7.
