The writ petition has been dismissed and the Sub-Divisional Officer has been directed to implement the said order. In view thereof, the Sub-Divisional Officer, Hooghly being the 3rd respondent herein, is directed to implement the order passed by him on 3rd October, 2024 within four weeks from the date of communication of this order in terms of the observation made in the said order. The writ petition is thus disposed of. There shall be no order as to costs. Since no affidavit has been invited, allegations contained in the writ petition shall be deemed not to have been admitted.
