Heard Smt. S. Parineeta, learned counsel for the petitioner, learned Assistant Government Pleader for Municipal Administration and Urban Development and Sri Gudapati Lakshmi Narayana, learned Standing Counsel for the respondent No.2/Municipal Corporation.
2. The grievance of the petitioner is against the action of the respondent No.2 in not considering the application filed by the petitioner dated 18-08-2026 seeking assessment of vacant land tax in respect of the subject house plot in an extent of Ac.101.098 Sq. yards at Sy.No.229/7C, Raganipalle Revenue Village, Madanapalli Road, Punganur Town, Annamaiah District.
3. It is contended by the petitioner that in the family partition under registered partition dated 11-07-1997, the subject property has fallen to the share of the petitioner. The petitioner in accordance with the said allotment in the partition deed was proposing to construct a building. However the petitioner had later came to know that the petitioner was liable to pay the vacant land tax, accordingly filed an application dated 18-08-2026 for assessment in the said regard. However, the respondent No.2 have not passed any order in the light of the order passed by this Court in W.P.No.18433 of 2026.
4.
Learned counsel for the petitioner submits that the order passed by this Court in the said Writ Petition would not relate to the facts of the present Writ Petition.

Having regard to the contentions advanced, as the application of the petitioner is pending for determination of the amount to be payable, this Court deems it appropriate to dispose of the Writ Petition directing the respondent No.2 to pass appropriate orders on the representation of the petitioner dated 18-08-2026, within a period of four (04) weeks from the date of receipt of the
