Per contra, learned Public Prosecutor as well as counsel for the complainant opposed the arguments raised by counsel for the petitioner and submitted that the co-accused persons came on the petitioner’s motor bike and committed the offence against the injured. In case, the petitioner surrenders before the Court concerned and applies for regular bail, the Trial Court would decide the same expeditiously as early as possible, strictly in accordance with law.
