This application has been filed for grant of regular bail to the petitioner in connection with Jamtara Cyber Crime P.S. Case No.64 of 2025, registered for the offence under sections 111(2)(b), 317(2), 317(5), 318(4), 319(2), 336(3), 338, 340(2), 3(5) of BNS, 2023 and section 66(B)(C)(D) of Information Technology Act and section 43(3)(e) of Telecommunication Act, 2023, pending in court of learned Special Judge, Cyber Crime, Jamtara.

The learned counsel appearing for the petitioner submits that three mobile phones have been recovered from the possession of the petitioner and the charge sheet has been submitted and the petitioner has got no criminal antecedent as disclosed in

paragraph no.16.

The learned counsel appearing on behalf of the respondent State opposed the prayer of regular bail of the petitioner and submits that the case relates to cyber crime.

Considering that there is no allegation of transaction and three mobile phones have been recovered from the possession of the petitioner and the petitioner has got no criminal antecedent and the petitioner is in custody since 14.10.2025 as well as the charge sheet has been submitted, I am inclined to grant regular bail to the petitioner.

Accordingly, petitioner, above named, is hereby
directed to be released on bail, on furnishing bail bond of Rs.25,000/- (Rupees Twenty Five Thousand), with two sureties of like amount each, to satisfaction of learned Special Judge, Cyber Crime, Jamtara, in connection with Jamtara Cyber Crime P.S. Case No.64 of 2025.
