Learned counsel for the petitioners has submitted that the issue involved in the present petition is identical to the issue that was raised by the Institute of Para Medical Technology, Chatterpur, New Delhi in its petition which was registered as WP(C) No. 1326/2022 and this Court had showed its indulgence by directing the respondents to consider the application of the petitioner Institute for grant of registration to the candidates who have qualified their paramedical courses from the aforesaid institute and subsequently to consider the claim of the petitioner institute for issuance of requisite registration certificate in favour of the candidates. Learned counsel for the petitioners further submits that on the same analogy, similar direction may be passed in this petition also. 02. Heard learned counsel for the petitioners and perused the record. 03. The short relief in the present petition is to the extent that the respondents be directed to grant registration to the candidates who have qualified their paramedical courses from the Institute of Para Medical Technology, Chatterpur, New Delhi till date as was being done in the past and thereafter issue requisite registration certificates in favour of the candidates. 04. Learned counsel for the petitioners submits that the petitioners institute had applied for registration of the candidates who have qualified from the petitioner-institute, but the same is pending before respondents. While applying for jobs in or outside the governmental organizations the candidates need to be registered. In the past also the candidates who had qualified their courses from the Institute of Para Medical Technology, Chatterpur, New Delhi were granted registration by the Council. 05. Be that as it may, the respondents are directed to consider the case of the petitioners for grant of registration to them who have qualified their paramedical courses from the Institute of Para Medical Technology, Chatterpur, New Delhi, as was being done in the past, within a period of four weeks from the date copy of this order is served upon the respondents by the petitioners. However, the petitioners shall be at liberty to approach this court if the grievance of the petitioners is not redressed. 06. The writ petition is disposed of along with connected CM. (M. A.
