By consent on either sides, this Writ Petition is taken up for final disposal at the admission stage itself. 4. The learned counsel appearing for the petitioner would submit that the petitioner has given a representation on 03.09.2025 to remove the name of the 3rd respondent from the entries in encumbrance certificate in respect of the property in New S.Nos.214/4 and 214/17 of Nattalam A village.
