Ajay Mohan Goel, Judge (oral) By way of this writ petition, the petitioner has inter alia, prayed for the following reliefs:- a)“ A writ in the nature of certiorari may kindly be issued and the order dated 23.12.2025 Annexure P-5 may kindly be quashed and set aside in view of the submissions made herein supra. b). that the writ in the nature of mandamus may kindly be issued and the respondents may kindly be directed to give the additional consultation fee as per notification issued by the respondent No.3 from time to time amounting to Rs.13,50,000/- with interest at the Rate of 12% per annum from October 2020 to its realization. c). That the respondent may kindly be directed to give all the consequential benefit to the petitioner during the pendency of the present writ petition.” 2. This fact is not disputed by the learned counsel for the respondent-SJVNL Ltd. 3. Accordingly, the petition is disposed of with the observation that the directions passed by the Hon’ble Coordinate Bench of this Court in CWP No.3212 of 2026 titled Lal Chand Shastri vs Union of India and others, shall be construed to have been passed in the present petition also in favour of the petitioner.
