Learned advocate appearing for the petitioner submits that the petitioner has been falsely implicated in connection with the instant case on the basis of statement of co-accused and there has been no recovery from the petitioner. 2. Learned advocate for the State on the other hand submits that the case was registered on 04.07.2018 and the petitioner has been successful in evading for more than six years. Petitioner has very recently surrendered and the learned trial Court on or about 11.03.2026 after framing charges against the petitioner has been pleased to fix a fresh schedule in the month of June, 2026 for three witnesses. 3. Having regard to the conduct of the petitioner and the fact that trial has just commenced, I am not inspired to release the petitioner on bail at this stage. 4.
