This is an application filed under Section 483 BNSS 2023, praying for grant of bail to the accused applicant Asman Ali in connection with Kachua P.S. Case No.44/2026 under Sections 137(2)/131/351(2), BNS R/W Sections 4 of POCSO Act. The learned Additional Public Prosecutor submits that charge-sheet in the case has already been filed vide Charge-Sheet No.61/2026 dated 17.06.2026. In view of the aforesaid, the learned counsel for the accused applicant submits that he should be allowed to approach the trial Court for appropriate relief and also to raise the issue of juvenility of the accused applicant. The instant bail application is accordingly disposed of with a liberty to the accused applicant to approach the jurisdictional Court for appropriate relief. JUDGE Comparing Assistant
