The petitioner alleges unauthorized construction raised by the private respondents in violation of an order passed by the learned Civil Court. Learned counsel for the private respondents denies such allegation. In view of the fact that the Civil Court is in seisin of the matter and the petitioner alleges violation of orders passed by the learned Civil Court, the petitioner is at liberty to approach the Civil Court for redressal of his grievance. The writ petition is accordingly disposed of. There shall, however, be no order as to costs. Since no affidavit is invited, the allegations contained in the writ petition are deemed not to have been admitted.
