Heard both sides and perused the materials available on record. 3. Mr. N. Dhilip Kumar, learned counsel appearing for the petitioner, submitted that the suit has been filed for declaration and mandatory injunction to remove the electric poles. However, the revision has been filed by a third party who is not connected with the removal of the electric poles. 4. Since the revision has been filed only by a third party for the 2/4 https://www.mhc.tn.gov.in/judis CMP(MD). No.20126 of 2025 removal of transmission and electric poles, the interim order already granted by this Court in CMP(MD) No. 18390 of 2025 in CRP(MD) No. 3367 of 2025 is hereby vacated. 5.
