Learned counsel for the opposite parties/Insurance Company is present. 3. The application under Section 24 of the Code of Civil Procedure has been preferred praying for transfer of MAC No. 331 of 2020 from learned Chief Judge City Civil Court, Calcutta to learned Fast Track 1st Court at Burdwan, District-Purba Bardhaman. 4. It is submitted by the learned counsel for the petitioner on placing an application of the MAC No. 331 of 2020 that the place of accident is within the jurisdiction of District Hooghly and the deceased was a permanent residence of Purba Burdwan and the claimants are also residence of Purba Burdwan. 5. It is further submitted by the learned counsel for the petitioner that he has filed another MAC Case being 12 of 2021 which is already pending before the Fast Track 1st Court at Burdwan. 2 6. It is admitted by both the parties that the claimants in both the parties are the same persons and relate to the same accident and the victim. 7. Accordingly, in the interest of justice and for proper adjudication MAC 331 of 2020 be withdrawn from the file of the learned Chief Judge, City Civil Court, Calcutta and be transferred to the learned Fast Track 1st Court at Purba Burdwan who shall take up the matter along with MAC 12 of 2021 pending before it and hear the matter as a consolidated single case and then proceed to dispose of the said cases in accordance with law. 8. CO 3468 of 2024 stands disposed of. 9. Let a copy of this order be sent to the concerned Court at once. 10.
