Learned advocate appearing for the petitioner submits that there has been alleged recovery of 36.9 kgs of ganja. Earlier the prayer for bail of the petitioner was rejected on 18.12.2025 with a direction to complete the evidence of the seizure list witnesses within a period of 60 days. 2. It has been pointed out on behalf of the State that because of the other administrative assignment, the learned Special Court could not complete the examination. 3. Records of the case reflect that the petitioner is in custody for 14 months. Having considered the period of detention of the present petitioner, I direct that the learned trial Court in the next schedule would complete evidence of the seizure list witnesses. In case the seizure list witnesses do 2 not support the prosecution case, the learned Special Court would be at liberty to release the petitioner. 4. With the aforesaid observations, CRM (NDPS) 648 of 2026 is disposed of. 5. All parties shall act on the server copy of this order duly downloaded from the official website of this Court. 6.
