The petitioner is an accused in connection with Gumla (Mahila) P.S. Case No. 13 of 2025. 3. The petitioner is alleged to have sexually exploited the informant on the pretext of marriage and later on, on denial, the matter was reported to the Mahila P.S. and due to fear the petitioner had solemnized marriage with the informant. 4. It has been alleged that on 24.05.2025, the petitioner was abducted by some miscreants. 5. The informant has been examined as P.W.1 in course of trial and she has denied of having alleged any forceful act against the petitioner. She has further stated that they were living together as husband and wife and they have a son out of their union. The petitioner is in custody since 25.07.2025. 6. On consideration of the evidence of the victim, who has been examined as P.W.1, he is directed to be released on bail on furnishing bail bonds of Rs.10,000/- (Rupees Ten Thousand) with two sureties of the like amount each to the satisfaction of the Addl.
